Greetings!

I want to personally thank you for visiting the NABA Greensboro website! Thank you to each member that has joined NABA Greensboro Chapter, the newest professional chapter added to the umbrella of NABA Headquarters. We can all agree that the NABA Greensboro Chapter has produced an enormous amount of success in a short period of time. I am honored to be your founding president and the leaders within the chapter look forward to helping you propel into great success in your 2016 academic and professional careers.

The vision for NABA Greensboro for 2016-2107 is composed of four words: Development. Engagement. Innovation. and Mentoring. What does this mean? It is imperative that the chapter focuses on develops professionals and students through networking opportunities. seminars, and leadership opportunities. In addition, member and leader engagement is vital to the composition of organizational success as we settle into our “sweet spot” and areas in which we can express our talents. As an engaged group, we will make an impact in the community, among students/faculty, and among professional members. Finally, the members in this organization can “Lift as We Climb” through mentoring.

The three pillars that will be our focus for 2016 are: Corporate Partnership, Professional Membership, and Student Membership. In 2016, you can expect to see CPE sessions hosted by various corporations, professional development seminars, networking opportunities, and seminars designed to help students prepare for the workforce. Corporate Partners can expect opportunities in which you can build your brand in order to help your corporation recruit and network with top notch professionals in the Triad.
