Troy started his career in the insurance and financial advisory sector with NewYorkLife where he not only excelled with a notable sales record as a council qualifier, he has also been privileged to receive some of the best training and professional development mentoring in the industry. He founded Arlington Insurance Planning Services as an independent agency, providing access to a variety of well positioned companies and continues to successfully serve families and businesses. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and has been accredited with Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation by the American College and NAIFA. He is also a member of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), and the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) New York and South Florida Chapters.
