The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA, Inc.), is a nonprofit membership association dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for black professionals in the accounting, finance and related business professions. Representing more than 200,000 black professionals in these fields, NABA advances people, careers, and the mission by providing education, resources, and meaningful career connections to both professional and student members, fulfilling the principle of our motto: Lifting As We Climb.

NABA BOSTON CHAPTER 2025 EVENTS & PROGRAMS

1. ACAP Boston at Bentley University | July 27 – August 1, 2025

2. NABA Boston Students & Professionals at 2025 SOAR Conference in Las Vegas, NV | June 2 – June 10, 2025

In early June 2025, NABA Boston made history by sending over 60 students and professionals—its largest regional in-person delegation since COVID—to the 54th NABA Insight 2025 Convention in Las Vegas, where our Chapter President, Antoine Junior Melay, earned the Eastern Region Outstanding Member Service award. At the event, NABA Boston was named a national “hub” and introduced the NABA MassBay–Big Brothers Big Sisters mentorship pilot, marking significant expansion and deepened impact across Massachusetts chapters. 3. NABA X Bentley Business Bowl - 28th Annual Case Competition | February 15, 2025

The NABA X Bentley Business Bowl (NBB) is a one-day campus-wide, business case competition held annually and open to all registered Bentley students—graduate and undergraduate. Teams of up to five students of the same class year level compete against other teams of the same level. It is an opportunity for each team to showcase their skills in solving real world business problems and to interact and network with business professionals.
