NABA Boston Events & Programs Details :
NABA Boston Shall host at least 1 (one) event every quarter with the support of corporate and community partners, committee members, directors, and NABA Eboard:
The National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) Boston Chapter offers a variety of programs and events aimed at fostering professional development, community engagement, and networking among its members. These initiatives are designed to support individuals at different stages of their careers, from high school students to seasoned professionals.
High School Programs:

Accounting and Finance Pipeline Initiative (AFPI): This program introduces high school students to careers in accounting and finance, providing guidance and resources to encourage their pursuit of these fields.

Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP): ACAP is a summer residency program that offers high school students insights into accounting and business careers through workshops, lectures, and networking opportunities.
College-Based Programs:

Scholarships: NABA Boston provides scholarships to college students pursuing degrees in accounting, finance, and related disciplines, supporting their educational and professional aspirations.

Additional Events NABA student chapters and NABA Boston can host: Spring and Fall Student Chapter Eboard Meeting (Virtual or Hybrid), NABA National Conference, NABA Office Visits at the big 4 and other companies, NABA Career Readiness, NABA Success Stories, NABA Collaboration with other campus organizations (at least 2 times every semester)
