✔ Curiosity - Listening leads to the ability to ask relevant questions and inquiry. The ability to connect with others, determine the root of any problem, and clarify expectations.
✔ Intuition - Integrates observation, listening, formal education, and expertise. Despite the level of knowledge, curiosity is always necessary.
✔ Agile – Listening to understand the balance between agility and rigor. Every engagement is unique, core principles and accounting regulations are not.
