Demetria Jones is currently a Senior Accounting Manager with Target Corporation and the owner of Ledger Logic Financials LLC (www.ledgerlogicfinancials.com). Within Target Corporation, Demetria is primarily responsible for the oversight of operational accounting, external financial reporting and SOX controls related to all property, plant, and equipment that is capitalized and captured on Target’s Balance Sheet. As the owner of Ledger Logic Financials LLC, Demetria specializes in assisting small business through providing tax preparation, strategic business planning and bookkeeping services. In addition, Demetria provides mentorship to current and aspiring entrepreneurs by teaching fundamental accounting and tax principles.
Demetria is an Indiana native and earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and her Master of Science in Accounting from Indiana University in Indianapolis, IN. Ms. Jones is also a Certified Public Accountant and (CPA) and Real Estate Broker. Demetria is married with two beautiful daughters ages 5 and 14.
