The mission of the NABA Philadelphia Chapter is to address the professional needs of its members and to build leaders that shape the future of the accounting and finance profession with an unfaltering commitment to inspire the same in their successors. The NABA Philadelphia Chapter, like all other chapters across the nation, are 100% volunteer lead. All of our board members have full time careers and commit to running this organization before, sometimes during, and after work to ensure our mission of "Lifting As We Climb" is achieved each and every day. Although there are no paid staff for the chapter, we take our roles in this organization very passionately and work with members and corporate partners to achieve in-kind goals.

Chapter leadership creates and supports programming for professional members, student members, and high school students in our community.
